Craft Lab: Halloween Window Decals

a

For me inspiration comes from all over. I saw a home featured in a mag recently that had hung black snow flakes up for Halloween. I thought something like that would be a nice addition to our Halloween decor, so with the Cricut machine I cut out the 10" Gothic looking snow flakes. The centers were not attached, so I used them for a Boo garland. (http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?ref=vl_other_2&listing_id=15619393check it out in my store). I used bats from last Halloween in the centers. I simply traced the bats from some cookie cutters we have, and cut them out. I love it. I hung them up with Zot dots. Zots come on a roll and are little round pieces of adhesive. If I had black vinyl, I would have used that instead. So now our door is super scary.

Wow.
I never comment here but I look every day. You are inspiring, and I LOVE your Robin's Egg blue door.

Such a cute idea! I saw an infomercial once on the Cricut machine, and I so want one. :)
