Now, that we're closer to our dream kitchen, it's time to start thinking about the details.
Today is dedicated to tables. My dream table would be an oval Saarinen table, put I'd like to keep my options open.

| This brass and smoke glass table is by Design Institute, I found it on Ebay. It's only $875 and It's close enough to go and pick up. The only problem with this one is the size 40 by 60 may be too large. It also expanses to120 inches which would be so perfect for holidays. I have to wait for the final kitchen design to see if we could pull this off. |

| Powell dining table This brass table comes in 30", 36" and 42" all of these might be the perfect size for the 4 of us, but would be terrible for holidays. I'm also not sure about the clear glass top. If this had a marble top it would be perfect. |

I was looking at ideeli (a daily discount site) and saw a table inspired by the 47" Saarinen tulip table, it's by control brand for $1100. Same table as this: http://www.amazon.com/Round-Saarinen-Tulip-Dining-Table/dp/B004Q6QHEC
