The Dish: Gougeres-Yummy french pastries you can make

I made these for Christmas. They were delicious! I can't wait to make them again. These are sort of like popovers, without using a popover pan. Here's the link for the recipe.

I loved making these for a couple of reasons.

1) I used my great grandmother 1 once scoop

2) They actually turned out!
