Here's an easy craft project made with recycled crayons. Place unwrapped crayons into molds. I used my mini muffin pan. Bake at 200 degrees for 10-12 minutes(do not go longer). Of course mine over melted. The crayons ran together a little too much. However, they still color great. This is an easy and affordable little party favor for the preschool set. Good Luck!

I used to melt old crayons down for my kids too. Only I did them in a coffee can over double boiler and then poured them into plastic chocolate candy molds to create cute shaped crayons! I tried to melt like colors together so they didn't get to muddy colored. We made flowers, hearts, etc.
