The Dish-Grilled Chicken with Wasabi Suace

My honey cut this out of one of his mags and taped it on the cabinet door for me to buy all the ingredients. After going to 3 different stores, I finally found all the stuff. This was worth the wait. Sorry, I have no pics. Trust me this is delicious.

Combine minced garlic, 1/2 cup rice vinegar, 2 T mirin(in international aisle), 2 T soy sauce, 1 T minced fresh ginger, 1 t wasabi powder, and salt and pepper. Brush chicken with oil and grill. Warm wasabi mixture and pour on the chicken, garnish with scallions and cilantro.

We served this on a bed of basmati rice and a side of broccoli.
