Red Cabbage Salad

After a year of my organic deliveries, I've gotten really creative in the kitchen. This little recipe is super easy. The hardest part is slicing the cabbage. I'm one of those cooks who just throws everything together, unless I'm following a particular recipe. You can mess with the amounts.
Half a head of red cabbage, thinly sliced
half a bunch of green onions
3 TBSP of each of the following:
soy sauce
mirin
vinegar(rice, I used pineapple this time)
jarred ginger/or fresh
sesame oil
sweet to taste with something like agave nectar or honey 1-2 TBSP
Garnish with cilantro and toasted sesame seeds
salt and pepper to taste
Make a day ahead fro a party, it tastes great the next day
