Craft Lab: Butterfly Love

I have more than a few favorite blogs. Made by Girl is one of them. She posted this a week or so ago, and I wanted to do something similar. The other day my mom walked into my house with some old frames from my Grandmother Virginia, who passed away last summer. The frames were old and held pictures of me when I was little. I cleaned them up and sprayed them blue. Then, I used my Cricut Die Cut machine (home accents cartrige) and cut out a lot(100) of 3 inch butterflys (I'm making a mobile with the others I cut out). Then, I just used a zot glue dot to adhere the butterflys to the scrap book paper ala Martha from Michael's. Super easy and fast. Stay tuned, these will go in our bedroom to help out the sad collage that hangs there now.
