A day at the beach and a PIRATE

We've been spending lots of family time together lately. On the 1-1-11 we hit downtown HB for some Starbucks and some nice time on the sand.

We saw the Polar Bear Plunge. It's officially on my bucket list.
All these people went in, awesome!

I spied a pirate.

I was completely intrigued by this man dressed in full pirate regalia, throwing gold into the ocean.

I thought maybe he was still drunk from partying from the night before, but after staring at him for a while, nope, he was just hanging out like us.

I still have no idea what he was doing :(

But look what we found, lots of pirate bootie! Thank goodness the kids fished these out! Come on Pirate Man, you're not supposed to throw plastic gold coins in the ocean, it's really bad for all the creatures that live in the water.
