If you live in the Seattle area, here's a great cafe you must check out. Hi Lo's is quite unique and fun too. It even houses an extensive Thermos collection. The place itself is like a work of art, handcrafted by the proprietors. The food is fresh and delicious. It's a small place, so communal seating is part of the ambiance. Want some Jo, go ahead and pour some right out of the back of a VW bus hanging on the wall. This place is a must see.
