I whipped this frame up this morning. It's a gift for my daughter's awesome ballet teacher. I basically used some gorgeous Martha Stewart craft paper, cut it to the shape of frame, glued it on with Mod Podge. I used my new Cricut to cut out the dot borders and Inspire. In the end I added one last coat of glue all over it.
