This is a photo tutorial of the holiday garlands I've been making. See the previous entry for link to video from Martha's show. Cut paper strips about 1 1/2" strips. Then, cut one side of the stripes using a decorative edge sizzor. Fan fold the paper using the decorative edge as a guide to the fold the paper. I'll post the glueing later...
