The last couple of days have been very exciting around here. Three of our Monarchs have come out of their crystallis. We're waiting for the last one to come out. Then we'll meet our friend, Leslie, so she can put a Monarch Alert tag on them and we'll set them free at the Gibbs Park.

How beautiful! That is a great project! We had fun doing the painted lady butterflies last year, but the Monarch's are so incredible! I wonder if the ones born in captivity know where to go in the winter?
