This was one of the games we played at my daughter's Hello Kitty birthday party recently. I just drew it by hand on a piece of poster board. I drew and cut outthe bows out of card stock and let the girls each decorate them. Next, we spun them around and let the fun begin. This little project took about 30 minutes to make. Super easy and fun too.
