Craft Lab: Pin Cushions

The blog world inspires me daily. Back in April, one of my favorite bloggers The Fab Miss B posted the cutest little pincushion she made with some recycled materials. I started saving the materials right away. I've been patiently waiting for one of my crafty neighbors to come over and craft with me.
You'll need:
a small can (from sliced olives or diced peppers )
scrapbook paper
fabric
batting
hot glue
Mod Podge
ribbon
scissors

Cut and glue paper to can, add some batting to the inside of can. Make a little pillow with he fabric and batting, glue that into the can. Then ,decorate with ribbon. We had a few, "Oh my God that glue really burns" moments, but all and all this was fun and easy.
