Here's a quick tutorial on to make these glittery rosettes. The crepe rosettes are 3 1/2" wide, so I cut a round 4 1/4" of paper and glittered the edge of the paper. Then I cut a 2" scalloped circle and glittered that edge too. I cut the crepe paper edges with a decorative edge and glittered that edge. Next up, I layered all the pieces together and hot glued them. I used the bottom of a jar to press it all down flat. I strung it up white some 1/4" white grosgrain ribbon. Voila!
