Bird Bowls

I love these bowls. I found them over at moderndose. These would be lovely on one of my beautiful Antropologie table cloths.

Thermos Time

This post is dedicated to our Northwestern families, whom we'll be spending some time with very soon. Here's a thermos I betcha don't have in your Thermos Museum. You can get one right here. This one is covered in a wonderful William Morris design. If you are in the Seattle area and want to see their collection, head over to Hi Lo's 15th st Cafe in Bremerton.

Groove Shoes

I'm in love with my Groove flip flips. I wear them pretty much everyday, for 9 months out of a year. I have many colors: green, white, hot pink, brown and orange. They are comfortable and last forever. I was camping at the beach once, and a sneaker wave came all the way onshore and took out everything on the beach, including one of my groove sandles. I was bummed cause those were the only shoes I had with me. I couldn't bare the thought of going barefoot. I'm not sure how, but like an hour later, my husband spotted them in the water from the bluff we were camping on. He ran down the stairs, and found my missing flip flop. What a guy! I seriously couldn't believe it. So, as I was on my hunt for wedges on line I was checking out Groove and spotted these cute flats.

Cool List: French Bull

I've been a big fan of French Bull for a couple of years now. They make very colorful and stylish melamine kitchenware. They have even taken their signature patterns and parlayed them into bedding too. I use their pieces for our kids plates and cups. I was so over the princess and Pooh plates. The cool thing about this line, is that everything mixes and matches. I can even mix these with my vintage melamine pieces. The only down side, is that these can't go in the mircowave, but they are dishwasher safe.

I love this shop:Bird and Wolfe

These lovelies were featured on one of my favorite blogs design*sponge the other day. The wonderful wall hangings are made in Australia by Bird and Wolfe. The talented artist offer these whimsical piece at afford prices. I would hang any these in our guest bathroom. I've been looking at vinyl art, but this is more my style. These silhouettes indulge in my love of nature and offer a bit of happiness too.

I escaped for a couple of hours....

On my lunch hour the other day, my friend and I hit up 4th Street in Long Beach. This consignment store The Vintage Collective had a couple of items that caught my eye. The paint by numbers painting was so cool and only $25, I would hang this little birdie in our bedroom. The second painting was more inspirational. So simple and natural. This plastic coat rack rocked. If we had space, this would be ours. I could hang so much stuff on this. The wooden divider behind the rack so really pretty too.

Eco Shop- Kir De Vries

I just found this great Eco store on line Kir de Vries. I seriously love everything. These stainless steel water bottles by Earthlust are the coolest. I love the natural designs. They are BPA free,, too. One of these bottles cost the same as a case of plastic water bottles from Costco or Trader Joes. Come on people stop buying plastic. It super bad for our planet.
