I couldn't believe how close this bird let us get to it. It was the same size as the kiddies on our hike.

Only a few things were blooming on this winter morning, and I'm so excited I figured out how to use the macro setting for close ups.

Great photos! I miss the wetlands - will need to visit there for some shooting when I'm back in HB next. :)
