We made Cinnamon Honey Butter as gifts this year to give out to our neighbors, friends and family for Christmas. I found the recipe here.
2 sticks room temp butter
1 cup honey
1 cup powdered sugar
2 teaspoon cinnamon
mix together and pour in 4 oz jars.
makes 6 jars.
It's very similar to the yummy honey butter at Lucille's.
